Very nice and cozy place to stay in Paje. Alex & Alexandra, the owners, are super nice hosts, ready to help you with whatever you want during your stay in Zanzibar, with great tips on what to do there and where to go. Rooms are very large and clean, you have a 3-4 min walk to the beach. We booked all the trips with them too and I must say we were not disappointed, au contraire. Oh, the food at the hotel was delicious, have I mentioned that?! I felt like home while I was there and I wholeheartedly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed! A big Thank you from me and Cristina and hope to see you again!

Recently, we returned from Zanzibar, and we still can't stop thinking about the dream experience we had there. This vacation will remain at the top of our list.

Everything was wonderful. Although we were initially reserved because we didn't know how the tides would be and how the food at Paje à la carte would taste, we were pleasantly surprised beyond our expectations. The location, the well-organised excursions, the cleanliness of the villa, the team, and especially the food were all excellent. The internet was a bit slow, but that's expected when you leave Romania 🤩.

Zanzibar is amazing if you know how to explore it, walk for miles on the ocean floor, and admire its wonders. For us, it was something unique! I highly recommend the excursions organised by Alex if you want to experience the island, as he mentioned.

Loved the food! Even though we chose the same breakfast almost every day, the avocado never got old :))). Dinner was always on top and had really good options. The vegetarian options surprised us in a very good way! Staff were very attentive and helpful!
Now to our hosts - the ZanziBarista team - the were very very helpful, from the start, when we started looking for options in Zanzibar. It made it in the end easy to choose them. After, constantly giving us the needed infos, tips and tricks. On site, all of our expectations were met and above. We even had do visit the ER due to a health condition and Alex was so nice and helped us with the entire process.

Conclusion: Totally recommend! 10/10

Everything was great! We had a really great experience! We really have to give big kudos to the entire team, they were extremely welcoming, warm and very well organised. We enjoyed staying there, we loved the food and the joyful staff, trips were exactly on point and exactly what we wanted and needed.

Very confy, clean and spacious rooms and the staff are your friend from the day 1. Alex always helped us and give us the best advices from the day we landed until we leave, for a perfect vacation. Also the food was amazing!!! 🔝🔝🔝

Easily the best coffee in Zanzibar and all of mainland Tanzania.

I've been living in TZ for the last six months and was thrilled to find a coffee shop with proper espresso and lattes with perfectly steamed milk.

Happened upon this place on a morning beach walk and ended up going back nearly every day of our vacation.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious (highly recommend the Turkish eggs and Shashuka).

I was having issues with my card the first day and the owner graciously said to not worry and just come back with cash when I was able to. Well we ended up coming back that day and everyday after because of the top notch service and high quality coffee.

Beautiful restaurant right on the beach . Even more beautiful sea view 🩵 the food was tasty and the staff was nice and friendly.unforgettable experience. I recommend to visit this place if you are in Paje 🤩

I have been in Paje for a month and this was an easy favourite go to place on the beach. Food is amazing and the vibes are so chill! Super good wifi so able to come here and work (although the amazing music might not be great for calls/meetings). Best iced coffee in Paje!!!

Nice atmosphere with delicious food, drinks and a friendly staff which patiently waited and listened to our requests. And let’s not forget about the coffee as they have trained baristas ☕️

Cannot recommend this spot enough. Came here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised, the food is delicious, the coffee is the best we had on the island, and the service is amazing. Definitely recommend checking ZaniBarista out if you’re in the area, I promise you won’t regret it.
